Brand Introduction
Filorga is a skin care brand originated from France, focusing on the research and development of a series of treatment solutions to combat skin aging. Brand products include ‘TIME-FILLER’ Absolute Wrinkle Correction Cream, ‘LIFT-STRUCTURE’ Crème Ultra and so on. Since entering the Chinese market in 2015, Filorga has achieved a high-speed increase of 128% annual average compound growth rate with the anti-aging makeup market and social media traffic dividends.
Challenges
As Filorga gains a foothold in Chinese market, its overall growth rate has gradually slowed down. It’s a huge challenge to find new growth points in China. For imported brands, due to factors such as localization and logistics, the market surge actually brings great pressure on brand management. In order to face the continuous improvement of Chines consumers’ demand, Filorga shortened the time difference between Chinese and French new products release to half a year, further enhancing the brand's requirements for the efficiency of product management. Therefore, Filorga hopes to introduce a complete digital retail management system to realize refined management of store, product and customer to meet various market challenges.
